File a Claim Members can now easily submit health and dental claims through the app, and see a list of claims they've submitted. Summary EOB For members who receive Summary Explanations of Benefits (EOBs), we've added a link to view them on the Health tab of the Claims List page. Family List We've added a family list feature to the home page, enabling members to see utilization data (like progress on deductible and out-of-pocket maximum) for specific family members. This feature is available to policyholders and spouses who have permission to view utilization for other people on their plan. |
